Incorporate Waste Reduction Model (WARM) Model
- With the help of the WARM model, record the potential greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reductions, energy savings, and economic impacts after using BESSE.
Delivery Confirmation System
- Design a system architecture to confirm the delivery of materials sold via BESSE
- On-chain escrow settlement: the winning payment is held by the auction contract and released when the buyer confirms delivery, with a 7-day fallback so funds can never be locked indefinitely
- Shipment tracking: shipments are created automatically when an auction sells, with live GPS tracking, ETA, and proof-of-delivery photo capture in the mobile app
Mobile App
- Ship a cross-platform React Native app (iOS + Android) covering auctions, bidding, shipments, and impact metrics — see Mobile App
- Push notifications for bids, sales, and shipment status changes
- Durable offline action queue (queued uploads and status updates that survive app restarts)
Landfill & Disposal Pipeline
- Landfill directory with map view, and a disposal quote-request workflow (request → quote → accept → complete) for non-recyclable material — shipped as a pilot in the mobile app
- Extend the disposal pipeline to the web app
- Notifications for incoming disposal requests
Transportation Auctions
- Create an auction system for transportation services
- Authorize haulers/transportation companies to list their services and availability
User Incentive
- Give out BTS tokens to the users using our system in order to encourage them
- Can also integrate the common public in the future
